茨瓦内非正规住区增至502处，市政服务承压

据Eyewitness News于2026年10月20日报道，南非茨瓦内市非正规住区数量从2020年的220处增至2026年的502处，市政府每年为相关地区提供服务的支出超过15亿兰特。

比勒陀利亚东部Plastic View住区居住着一万多人，现场存在污水、拥挤通道等问题。

自2009年起住在当地的居民Humbulani Thobo表示，居民长期等待改善居住条件，搬迁承诺尚未兑现。市政府目前提供送水及卫生设施服务；报道未给出已经落实的搬迁日期。
